摘 要:金融危机以来,传统的外贸模式发生了巨大的转变,中俄两国毗邻,经济贸易合作的转变更是迅速,跨境电子商务的发展,极大的便利了中俄买卖的双方。中俄两国经济贸易合作协定,颁布和实施一系列新政策,更是进一步推动中俄跨境电商的发展,例如“一带一路”的实施,速卖通成为了俄罗斯最大的消费跨境电商平台之一,然而在蓬勃发展的背后,依然存在各种问题,卖方利益亏损,买方产品质量得不到保证的情况时有发生。本文从品牌,供应链与物流,交易支付安全,平台政策及售后四个方面的问题展开深入调查,分析速卖通进入俄罗斯市场所存在的问题及主要解决策略研究。
Since the financial crisis in 2008, the traditional foreign trade model has undergone a tremendous transformation. China and Russia are close to each other, and the transition of economic and trade cooperation is even more rapid. The development of cross-border e-commerce has greatly facilitated both China and Russia. The agreement on the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia promulgated and implemented a series of new policies, which further promoted the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia. For example, the implementation of the “One Belt and One Road Initiative” has made AliExpress the largest consumer cross-border electricity supplier in Russia. One of the business platforms, however, behind the flourishing development, there are still various problems, the loss of the seller’s interests, and the fact that the buyer’s product quality cannot be guaranteed. This article conducts an in-depth investigation from the four aspects of brand, supply chain and logistics, transaction payment security, platform policy and after-sales, and analyzes the problems of AliExpress's entry into the Russian market and its major solutions.
