摘要：由于全球经济的不稳定性持续增加，江苏省外贸面临的挑战也愈加严峻。因 此，只有改变江苏省外贸的发展模式，推动其整体结构的升级才能使江苏省的外 贸经济健康、平稳、有效的发展。当前，江苏省在外贸转型升级方面的进展已经 有了起色，但是仍然存在部分棘手问题，比如说低效率的外贸增长额、不合理的 贸易结构等。因此，省内外贸的转型升级仍然处于一个非常关键的时期。如何使 得江苏省外贸转型升级富有成效，是当前政府和企业亟待解决的一个难题。本文 利用文献研究、定量与定性分析相结合的方法对江苏省外贸的现状与不足进行调 查分析，并通过实证研究江苏省外贸转型升级的影响因素，在此基础上提出了优 化外商投资结构、平衡地区外贸发展、大力发展第三产业、提高技术含量和附加 值等对策建议，希望能够提升江苏省外贸发展质量效益，促进外贸经济稳中有升。

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Jiangsu 's Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading
Abstract：As the global economy continues to increase the instability, Jiangsu Province, the challenges facing foreign trade is also increasingly severe. Therefore, only to change the development model of foreign trade in Jiangsu Province, to promote the upgrading of its overall structure in order to make Jiangsu Province's foreign trade economy healthy, stable and effective development. At present, Jiangsu Province in foreign trade transformation and upgrading of the progress has been improved, but there are still some difficult problems, such as low efficiency of foreign trade growth, unreasonable trade structure. Therefore, the province's foreign trade transformation and upgrading is still in a very critical period. How to make Jiangsu foreign trade transformation and upgrading of fruitful, the current government and enterprises to solve a difficult problem. This paper uses the method of literature research, quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze and analyze the current situation and shortcomings of foreign trade in Jiangsu Province, and through the empirical study on the factors influencing the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing foreign investment structure, Regional foreign trade development, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, improve the technical content and added value and other countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to enhance the quality of foreign trade development in Jiangsu Province, and promote foreign trade economy steadily.
