摘 要：随着经济全球化步伐的越迈越大，高等教育服务贸易也成为经济增长的重要组成 部分，它还是经济增长的新兴动力。上世纪末，WTO 正式将教育纳入服务贸易的范畴， 教育贸易国际重要性日益明显。本文主要分析了当前中国高等教育服务贸易的发展情 况，并综合研究了中国高等教育服务贸易竞争力的影响因素，和与各西方国家之间该 领域竞争力的横向比较，以得出中国在国际教育贸易市场中的竞争力。通过与西方各 国高等教育服务贸易发展水平的对比，对我国高等教育服务贸易长期处于贸易逆差中 的原因进行探索和说明，为我国提升教育服务贸易指出正确道路。

Analysis and Countermeasures of China's Service Trade Competitiveness in Higher Education

Abstract：With the rapid development of economic globalization , the increase of service trade has distributed a lot to economic growth. At the end of last century, WTO officially took education into the service trade category, And the importance of education in international trade is becoming more and more obvious . This paper mainly analyzes the current development situation of higher education service trade, and the comprehensive study on the influential factors of the competitiveness of Chinese higher education services trade. With the comparison between the western countries and China, local competitiveness in international trade in education market will be clean and simple to read. Once acknowledge the development level of higher education service trade, we will find the reason our country’s higher education service trade is much lower than western countries. And find the path for promoting China's education service trade.
