摘 要:儿入园是幼儿迈向社会的第一步,适应幼儿园生活对幼儿的发展有着重要影响。而如 今由于诸多原因幼儿易入园适应不良,阻碍了幼儿的发展。本研究为了了解幼儿入园适应不 良的现状,采用了观察法、个案分析法及访谈法,对杭州市下城区 TS 幼儿园 20 名幼儿、6 位老师进行观察、个案分析和访谈。观察记录与访谈得出,幼儿的入园适应不良主要表现在 情绪不稳定、自理能力欠缺、交往困难。因此,研究者从现状出发,从家庭、幼儿园、家园 合作三个角度提出家庭环境优化、幼儿园创设提前适应机会、完善家园合作体系等对策。希 望能缓解幼儿入园适应不良,让孩子跨出成功的第一步。
The admission of young children to the kindergarten is the first step towards the development of young children. Adapting to kindergarten life has an important influence on the development of young children. Nowadays, due to many reasons, children are easily adapted into the park and hinder their development. In this study, in order to understand the current situation of children's inappropriate admission, observation, case analysis, and interview methods were used to observe, analyze, and interview 20 kindergarten and 6 teachers of TS kindergarten in Hangzhou. Observing the records and interviews, children's poor admission to the park mainly manifested in emotional instability, lack of self-care ability, and difficult communication. Therefore, from the perspective of the status quo, the researcher puts forward measures such as the optimization of home environment, the creation of opportunities for early adaptation in kindergartens, and the improvement of home-based cooperation systems from the perspectives of family, kindergarten, and homeland cooperation. It is hoped that this will ease the poor adaptation of young children and make them take the first steps to success.
