依托区域资源开发小学综合实践活动课程的个案研究

摘要：拓展性课程开发是基础教育课程改革的重要内容，综合实践活动课程属于拓展性课程的一种，是与各学科课程领域有着本质区别的新的课程领域，是我国基础教育课程体系的结构性突破。本文以象山县新桥学校为例，阐述了该校依托区域资源开发《民国那些事儿》综合实践活动课程的开发背景与课程现状。然后，提出了该课程在开发过程中存在的一些问题，如教材缺乏、课程评价制度不足、区域文化资源不足等。最后，提出改进的对策，如开展教材编写、完善课程评价制度、拓展本土知识的教学等。

Abstract

Extensive curriculum development is an important part of the basic educational curriculum reform. The comprehensive practical activity course is a kind of extended curriculum, and it belongs to a new curriculum field that is essentially different from the other disciplines. It is a structural breakthrough in the basic educational curriculum system in China. This paper takes Xinqiao School in Xiangshan County as an example to expound the development background and curriculum status of the comprehensive practical activity course of “The Things of the Republic of China” which bases on regional resources. Then, explain some problems existed in the development process of the course, such as the lack of teaching materials, the lack of curriculum evaluation system and insufficient regional cultural resources. Finally, put forward some strategies for improvement, such as the development of teaching materials, improving the curriculum evaluation system, and expanding the teaching of indigenous knowledge..

一、绪论

（一）研究背景

1.百年乡土教材的历史传承

我国乡土教育的历史源远流长。早在1903年清政府颁布的《奏定学堂章程》中就明确规定，在初等小学堂开设乡土史地课程。其中，地理科规定:“其要义在使知今日中国疆域之大略，五洲之简图，以养成其爱国心，兼破乡曲僻陋规，尤当先讲乡土有关之地理，以养成其爱乡土之心”，在历史科中更有明文规定: “初等小学堂一、二年级须教导乡土之大端故事及本地古圣贤人事实。”此后，乡土教育正式进入学校教育的范畴。1905 年清学部《乡土志例目》颁布之后，乡土教材大规模出现。以爱国为中心主题的乡土教材在新中国成立后有所转移，1958 年 1 月 23 日，教育部发出了《关于编写中小学、师范学校乡土教材的通知》，希望通过乡土教材的编撰来满足不同地区教材发展的差异性需求。依托区域资源开发小学综合实践活动课程的个案研究:http://www.chuibin.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_206332.html
