摘 要:本论文研究以下问题:阿图什市双语幼儿教师专业发展现状以及制约阿图什市幼儿园幼儿教师专业发展的因素。以阿图什市幼儿园幼儿教师基本情况,双语教师专业素质发展、阿图什市双语幼儿教师自我专业发展意识及在面临的困难和阿图什市幼儿园对教师专业发展的支持等方面的问题来了解阿图什市幼儿园幼儿教师专业发展现状。笔者在调查中得出了以下结论:师资来源不整齐;教师职业资格缺失、各教师之间的发展水平不平衡、教学能力、研究能力有待提高;教师自主发展意识较弱;工作量大,教学任务繁重,工作待遇不高等问题。主要的制约因素分为主观与客观因素,最后提出几方面的对策与建议。

Abstract:This paper studies the following issues: the current situation of the professional development of bilingual preschool teachers in Atushi and the factors that restrict the professional development of preschool teachers in Atushi. The basic situation of preschool teachers for kindergartens in Atuch, the development of bilingual teachers’ professional qualities, the awareness of the self-professional development of bilingual preschool teachers in Atushi and the difficulties they face, and the support for the professional development of teachers in Atucha kindergartens To understand the professional development of kindergarten teachers in Atushi city. In the investigation, the author came to the following conclusions: The source of teachers is not neat; The lack of professional qualifications of teachers, the unbalanced level of development among teachers, teaching ability, and research ability need to be improved; teachers’ self-development awareness is weak; workload is heavy, teaching The task is arduous and the work is not paid. The main constraints are pided into subjective and objective factors. Finally, several countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
