摘 要：社会的转型与发展对人才提出了新的要求，教育课程改革应运而生。新教育改革提出要充分调动学生的学习积极性，提高学生自主学习、有效学习、持续学习的能力。主动性学习作为一种学习方式与教学策略，在新教育改革中的作用逐渐凸显出来。然而，在当今社会，大学生的学习主动性现状堪忧，本文旨在了解小学教育专业师范生职业成熟度的现状，并找到其与学习主动性的关系。在前人研究的基础上，通过问卷调查的形式，以杭州师范大学小教专业学生为例对其职业成熟度与学习主动性进行了调查并对其进行分析，望对小教师范生职业成熟度与学习主动性的相关研究提供一些参考。
The transformation and development of society puts forward new requirements for talents. As the times require, educational curriculum reform emerged. The new education reform proposed to fully mobilize students' learning initiative, improve students' ability to study independently, learn effectively and keep learning. As a learning method and teaching strategy, the role of initiative learning in the reform of new education is gradually highlighted. However, the current college students' learning initiative is worrying; the purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of primary school education major students’ vocational maturity, to find out its relationship with learning initiative. On the basis of previous research, using the form of questionnaire survey, taking the students of primary school education at Hangzhou Normal University as an example to investigate and analyze the vocational maturity and learning initiative, hope to provide some references for the study of the vocational maturity and learning initiative of Primary school education major students.
