摘    要：自信心对幼儿而言是十分重要的，它是一种健康积极的心理品质，是一个人健全人格的重要组成部分，也是一个人成功的关键因素之一。幼儿期是培养自信心发展的重要时期，幼儿园对幼儿自信心的培养有着重要的作用。幼儿的自信心表现在自我表现、成就感和自我效能感三个方面。观察发现，幼儿的自信心现状是成就感方面的自信心最强，其次是自我表现，最弱的是自我效能感。造成幼儿自信心不足的表现与幼儿的个性、能力，老师的态度、教育方式等因素有关。幼儿园针对这些因素对幼儿自信心表现的三个方面采取了游戏式回答问题、独特的活动奖项、打破班级活动限制、活动分成不同难度等级、班级小助手、师幼共同评价的培养策略来帮助幼儿培养自信心。

Self-confidence is very important for young children. It is a healthy and positive psychological quality. It is an important part of a person's healthy personality and one of the key factors for a person's success. Early childhood is an important period for the development of self-confidence. Kindergarten plays an important role in fostering children's self-confidence. Children's self-confidence is reflected in three aspects: self-expression, achievement and self-efficacy. It was observed that the self-confidence status of young children is the strongest self-confidence in terms of sense of accomplishment, followed by self-expression, and the weakest is self-efficacy. The performance of children’s lack of self-confidence is related to children’s personality, abilities, teachers’ attitudes, and educational methods. Kindergarten has adopted game-based answers to three aspects of children’s self-confidence performance, unique event awards, breaking class activity restrictions, activities pided into different difficulty levels, class assistants, and teachers and children jointly evaluating the training strategies to help young children Develop self-confidence.
