摘要

由于环境污染问题和资源短缺问题持续加重,新能源汽车在全世界范围内得以迅速发展,其中以特斯拉电动汽车的发展最具有代表性。中国市场是世界最大的新能源汽车市场,为了分析特斯拉汽车在中国市场的发展,本文首先通过对新能源汽车产业现状与特斯拉经营情况进行分析,总结出特斯拉在中国经营过程中所遇到的问题;然后分别对特斯拉中国宏观市场环境以及微观市场环境进行分析,分别总结在宏观和微观两个环境层面特斯拉汽车所面临的机会与威胁;最后在环境分析的基础上针对性地对特斯拉中国市场扩张方式选择提供了三点建议。本文希望通过这一研究,能够促进中国新能源汽车尤其是纯电动汽车产业的发展和繁荣,同时本文也希望为中国新能源汽车企业实现跨国经营提供参考与建议。

Environment analysis and expansion mode selection of tesla motors in China

Abstract

Due to the aggravation of environmental pollution and resource shortage, new energy vehicles have developed rapidly around the world, among which tesla electric cars are the most representative. China is the world's largest market for new energy vehicles. In order to analyze the development of tesla cars in China, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the new energy automobile industry and the operation situation of tesla, and summarizes the problems encountered by tesla in its operation in China. Then, it analyzes the macro-market environment and micro-market environment of tesla in China, and summarizes the opportunities and threats faced by tesla cars in macro-environment and micro-environment. Finally, on the basis of environmental analysis, three Suggestions are provided to select the expansion mode of tesla in China. This study is expected to promote the development and prosperity of China's new energy automobile industry, especially the pure electric vehicle industry. At the same time, this paper also hopes to provide references and Suggestions for Chinese new energy automobile enterprises to realize transnational operation.
