matlab锅炉全程给水控制系统设计

给水系统是维持锅炉汽包水位的系统,其控制质量直接关系到锅炉的安全,考虑到人为的误差和人工成本的提高,目前给水控制系统的自动化发展迅速。

摘 要:随着时代的发展科技的进步,人工成本的不断提高,提高机械半自动或全自动化乃大势所趋,全程自动给水控制系统也在其中。全程自动给水控制系统是火电锅炉的重要组成部分,稳定的汽包水位是锅炉正常运行的重要前提。

汽包水位的变化受到给水量、温度、压力、机组负荷等多种因素的影响,因此,针对不同阶段要有不同的控制方式。因此本文设计的控制系统有单冲量控制和三冲量控制两种控制方式,当低负荷时采用单冲量控制,当高负荷时采用三冲量控制。同时针对控制系统切换过程中可能遇到的问题采用相应的措施才减小误差。

最终,我们在设计好的系统基础上搭建matlab模型,通过仿真对系统的稳定性进行判断。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology of the times, the continuous improvement of labor costs, the level of generator automation is imminent, the whole automatic water supply system is also one of them. The automatic water supply system is an important part of the thermal power boiler. The stability of the drum water level is an important prerequisite for the normal operation of the boiler.

The change of the water level of the drum is affected by the factors such as water supply, temperature, pressure, unit load and so on. Therefore, there are different control methods for different stages.

The single impulse control scheme uses the drum water level as the process variable. The PI is calculated by deviating it from the set value. The result is input to the feed water flow regulating valve to control the feed water supply. This scheme is commonly used in boilers with relatively stable loads and smaller loads.

Compared with the single impulse, the three impulse is more suitable for high load, large capacity boiler, three impulse specifically refers to the water level signal, steam flow, water supply, steam flow as feedforward input to the water supply controller, which makes the three impulse control system can achieve ahead Adjust, advance to increase the amount of water to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
