摘 要:如今,罐装饮料越来越受到人们的青睐,尤其是罐装啤酒。而罐装啤酒生产线的自动化程度和效率就是企业面临和急需解决的问题。本文通过对自动化控制系统原理的研究,在现有的啤酒罐装生产线控制系统的基础上,设计了一套基于PLC控制的啤酒罐装生产线控制系统。本文首先介绍了该课题的背景,国内外的发展现状,设计要求和研究方法。然后,分析了整个啤酒灌装生产的工艺流程和控制要求。接着,设计了包括卸垛机,灌装机,旋盖机,喷码机和输送带在内的灌装生产线的流程图,同时根据生产线的控制要求,以PLC作为控制器设计了控制电路。程序的设计根据控制功能可以划分为不同的模块,将其分别设计为子程序。最后,对不同模块进行仿真模拟。

ABSTRACT :Today, canned drinks are increasingly favored by people, especially canned beer. The degree of automation and efficiency of the canned beer production line is the problem faced by enterprises and urgent need to solve. In this paper, based on the research of the principle of automatic control system, a control system of beer canning production line based on PLC control is designed on the basis of the existing control system of beer canning production line. This paper first introduces the background of the subject, the development of the status quo at home and abroad, design requirements and research methods. Then, the process and control requirements of the whole beer filling production were analyzed. Then, the design flow chart including the unloading machine, filling machine, capping machine, inkjet printer and conveyor belt is designed. At the same time, according to the control requirements of the production line, PLC is used as the controller to design the control circuit. The design of the program can be pided into different modules according to the control function, which are designed as subroutines respectively. Finally, simulation of different modules is simulated.
