摘要:随着卫星通信技术的逐渐发展,移动卫星通信领域渐渐地引起了全世界相关知名人士的发掘和研究。根据其安装平台的不同,我们可以将它分成车载、船载、机载等动中通伺服系统(即在平台运动的过程中仍然能保持通讯)。其中车载动中通系统在商业、民业、军事等方面发挥着巨大的作用。

本文以车载动中通伺服系统系统项目为课题,讲解了国内外的研究现状和开展意义。其次,根据系统的设计需求进行分析,建立了该系统微控制器-电机驱动器-步进电机-陀螺的总体设计结构。其中,微控制器负责核心控制功能,电机驱动器用于放大控制器信号,步进电机负责带动天线转动,MEMUS陀螺负责采集天线位置信号。接着设计了以stm32f103为核心的硬件电路以及RS232串口通信电路。然后对软件设计实施任务进行了简要的分析,并且给芯片移植了ucos-III操作系统。最后在实验室对动中通系统进行了误差测试和结果分析。

Title  Hardware design of control system of Servo System of On-The-Move System based on stepper motor

Abstract:With the gradual development of satellite communication technology, mobile satellite communications has gradually attracted the world's relevant celebrities to explore and research. According to the different installation platform, we can be pided into car, ship, airborne and other moving in the servo system (that is, in the process of platform movement can still maintain communication). Which car moving in the system in the commercial, civil, military and other aspects play a huge role.

In this paper, the vehicle moving through the servo system system project for the subject, to explain the status quo at home and abroad and carry out the significance. Secondly, according to the design requirements of the system, the overall design structure of the system. Among them, the microcontroller is responsible for the core control function, the motor driver is used to amplify the controller signal, stepper motor is responsible for driving the antenna rotation, MEMUS gyroscope is responsible for collecting antenna position signal. Then designed to stm32f103 as the core of the hardware circuit and RS232 serial communication circuit. And then the software design and implementation of the task carried out a brief analysis, and to the chip transplant ucos-III operating system. Finally, the error test and the result analysis were carried out in the laboratory.
