摘要:随着现代控制技术的不断发展,临床设备自动化的研究逐渐变成各种医疗器械发 展研究的一个重点。点滴输液是目前医院重要的医疗手段,因此智能输液监控系统的 研制有其重要的意义。
本课题设计了一种智能输液监控系统,针对点滴输液过程中的主要两个问题:第 一,调整输液速度,滴速必须和病人的身体状况,年龄相挂钩。滴速过快、过慢都会 大大的影响治疗效果和病人的休息;第二,监视瓶中的药液,当药液快要注射完,能 够保留足够的时间让护士及时换药或者拔除针头。整个系统以 AT89C51 单片机为控制 核心,选取步进电机调整吊瓶高度为调速手段。通过红外线光电传感器作为滴速检测 和药液液位检测器件,测得的滴速经由单片机处理过后经由 LCD1602 显示。并把测得 的值和设定的滴速范围进行对比。如果滴速异常,则发出报警信号,并启动步进电机 进行滴速的调整控制。
本设计系统的硬件通过 Proteus 软件进行搭建模拟,软件通过 Keil4 编程。最后, 结合硬件和软件对整个系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,本系统能够实现控制滴速,显 示滴速,同时提供报警和数据传送的功能,整个系统运行良好。

Abstract:With the continuous development of modern control technology, the research of clinical equipment automation has gradually become one of the focuses of the development of medical devices. Intravenous drip is an important medical means in hospital, Therefore, intelligent infusion monitoring system has important research significance.
This topic has designed a kind of intelligent infusion monitoring system, aiming at the two main problems in the intravenous infusion process: one is to adjust the infusion speed, and the dropping speed must be linked with the patient's physical condition and age. A bit too fast, too slow will affect the rest of treatment and patient greatly; the second is to monitor liquid bottle, liquid medicine injection is finished, can retain enough time for the timely dressing or removal of the needle. The whole system is controlled by AT89C51 single chip stepper motor selection, adjust the bottle height control method. The infrared photoelectric sensor is used as the speed drop detection and liquid level detection device, and the measured drop speed is processed by the microcontroller and displayed by the LCD1602. The measured value is compared with the set of drop speed range. If the drop rate is abnormal, the alarm signal is sent out and the step motor is started to adjust the speed of the drip.
the hardware of the system is built and simulated by Proteus software. The software is programmed by Keil4. Finally, the hardware and software are used to simulate the whole system. The simulation results show that the system can control the speed of drip, display the speed of dropping, and provide the function of alarm and data transmission. The whole system works well.
