冷冻血液中红细胞力学特性研究

摘  要:本实验使用Tweez250si高速多光阱纳米光镊系统,使用由光学势阱力直接操纵单分散的红细胞,用光镊牵拉法对处于不同温度下的红细胞的相对伸长量。实验得到,红细胞的直径分布范围处于人正常体温38℃时是6.743- 7.147μm,平均值为6.928μm,处于25℃左右的温度的红细胞的直径分布范围是6.425- 6.824μm,平均值为6.657μm,处于室温20℃红细胞的直径分布范围是6.446- 6.714μm,平均值为6.598μm,处于15℃左右的红细胞直径分布范围是6.143- 6.336μm,平均值为6.267μm,处于血液的一般保存温度4℃红细胞的直径分布范围是5.427- 5.941μm,平均值为5.637μm;4℃、15℃、20℃、25℃和38℃下红细胞被拉伸的相对伸长量分别为:0.2587、0.3587、0.3946、0.4017、0.4228。比较发现,随着温度的逐渐降低,人血红细胞的直径和细胞受相同大小力的时候的相对伸长量按一定规律逐渐变小。以上发现可以给血液的保存和输血过程提供一定的参考。

Study on Mechanical Properties of Red Blood Cells in Frozen Blood

Abstract:In this experiment, a Tweez 250si high-speed multi-photon well nano-optical tweezers system was used to directly manipulate monodisperse red blood cells by optical trapping force and the relative elongation of the red blood cells at different temperatures by means of the optical tweezers pulling method. The experimental results show that the diameter distribution of red blood cells is 6.743-7.17μm at an average human body temperature of 38°C, and the average value is 6.928μm. The diameter distribution of red blood cells at a temperature of about 25°C is 6.425-6.824μm, and the average value is 6.657μm. The diameter distribution of red blood cells at room temperature 20°C is 6.446-6.714 μm, and the average value is 6.598 μm. The diameter distribution of red blood cells at 15°C is 6.143-6.36 μm, and the average value is 6.267 μm, which is the general storage temperature of blood 4 The diameter distribution of red blood cells at °C is 5.427- 5.941μm with an average of 5.637μm. The relative elongation of red blood cells at 4°C, 15°C, 20°C, 25°C and 38°C is 0.2589, 0.3587 and 0.3946, respectively. , 0.4017, 0.4228. It was found that with the gradual decrease of the temperature, the diameter of human red blood cells and the relative elongation of the cells when the cells were under the same force gradually decreased according to a certain rule. The above findings can provide some reference for blood preservation and blood transfusion.The paper has 10 figures and 26 references.
