摘 要:本文目的在于探究抗凝剂肝素锂对红细胞弹性的影响。运用光镊系统施加光阱力,在红细胞的弹性范围内,对细胞膜进行拉伸。检测航细胞的相对形变。未加入肝素锂的红细胞的相对形变k为0.9,比加入最低浓度肝素锂的红细胞的相对形变大。与正常红细胞相比,五个浓度对照组的相对形变趋于变小,弹性变小,意味着着其变形能力逐渐变差,细胞膜变硬。根据本实验所得数据,在浓度5mg/ml到20mg/ml区间红细胞的相对形变的变化趋势与函数Y=0.01+1.25*0.86^X的图像相近。通过观察分析肝素锂浓度确实影响着红细胞膜弹性的变化,影响着红细胞的变形能力。

Study on Effect of Lithium Heparin on Erythrocyte Elastic Modulus Based on Optical Tweezers
Abstract:The purpose of this article is to explore the effect of the anticoagulant lithium heparin on the elasticity of red blood cells. An optical trapping system is used to apply optical trapping force to stretch the cell membrane within the elastic range of red blood cells. Detects the relative deformation of aerospace cells. The relative deformation k of red blood cells not added with lithium heparin was 0.9, which was larger than the relative deformation of red blood cells added with the lowest concentration of lithium heparin. Compared with normal red blood cells, the relative deformation of the five concentration control groups tends to become smaller, and the elasticity becomes smaller, which means that its deformability gradually deteriorates and the cell membrane becomes hard. According to the data obtained in this experiment, the relative deformation of erythrocytes in the range of 5mg/ml to 20mg/ml was similar to the image of the function Y=0.01+1.25*0.86^X. By observing and analyzing the lithium concentration of heparin, it really influences the change of red cell membrane elasticity and affects the deformability of red blood cells.

1 绪论
本文研究前尚未有任何对肝素锂对红细胞弹性影响的研究,大多是在研究肝素锂血浆取代血清进行生化实验。本文主要内容是利用光镊可“遥控”捕获和操控微米量级的微粒,而不会对其产生机械损伤、干扰其周围环境及它的正常活动的特点,用光镊技术研究人正常红细胞膜与加入肝素锂后红细胞膜相对形变差异。寻找红细胞相对形变随肝素锂浓度的变化趋势,用相对形变表征弹性,以此获得血液中加入肝素锂后血液质量的一种评价指标,而且红细胞的变形能力在血液循环过程中起着非常重要的作用。 基于光镊技术的肝素锂对红细胞弹性影响的研究:http://www.chuibin.com/wuli/lunwen_205901.html
