摘 要:本文利用了Nikon eclipse Ti显微镜,用光镊牵拉法,对加入不同浓度的枸橼酸钠后的红细胞的表征弹性进行研究,红细胞一端粘在玻片上,另一端则用光阱力来操纵,对它在红细胞的弹性范围内进行拉伸。通过观察分析红细胞膜力学性质的变化,研究人类正常红细胞膜加入不定量的枸橼酸钠后的红细胞膜表征弹性,我们得到:正常红细胞的表征弹性分布范围是在0.199-0.265之间,当加入血液中的枸橼酸钠浓度由0.33mg/ml至0.7mg/ml,红细胞的表征弹性也逐步增大。同时通过Origin拟合出枸橼酸钠浓度在0.3-0.7mg/ml范围内的红细胞表征弹性的满足 ,其中x为血液中枸橼酸钠浓度。寻找枸橼酸钠对红细胞表征弹性方面的差异,对探究医用枸橼酸钠抗血凝剂对血液中红细胞受损状况的研究以及枸橼酸钠在医学上的使用具有一定的参考价值。

Effect of Sodium Citrate in Blood on Erythrocyte Elastic Modulus
Abstract:In this paper, the Nikon eclipse Ti microscope was used to study the elasticity of erythrocytes after adding different concentrations of calcium citrate. The erythrocyte was adhered to the glass slide at one end, and light trapping force was used at the other end. Manipulate and stretch it within the elastic range of red blood cells. By observing the changes in the mechanical properties of the erythrocyte membrane and studying the erythrocyte membrane elasticity of human normal erythrocyte membrane after adding an unquantified amount of sodium citrate, we obtained: the characterization of normal erythrocyte elasticity distribution range is between 0.199-0.265 when added The concentration of sodium citrate in the blood ranged from 3 mg/ml to 7 mg/ml, and the elasticity of erythrocytes also gradually increased. At the same time, the linear relationship of erythrocyte characterization elasticity in the range of 0.3-0.7 mg/ml of sodium citrate was fitted by Origin as y=0.24893x+0.19878. Looking for the difference in the erythrocyte characterization elasticity of sodium citrate, it has certain reference value for investigating the medical citrate anticoagulant for the research of the red blood cell damage in blood and the use of sodium citrate in medicine.
