摘 要:文章通过电影《饮食男女》与后殖民主义理论间的互文性,以中国菜大厨老朱与其二女儿之间的张力为线索,对两人在厨房的准入、家宴的主导权、味觉的恢复这三个富有象征意味的饮食进程中的挣扎与解脱过程的对应关系进行考察。一方面,老朱作为中西文化融合背景下的软弱无力的中国式家长,对于西方文化的态度经历了从拒绝到接受的过程;另方面,朱家倩作为得到西方认可的拯救者,在中西融合中经历了迷失、认同,最后担当起拯救中国传统文化精神的任务。通过这一考察,文章试图具体再现后殖民主义语境中,作为他者的中国与西方文化融合而获得新生的过程,最后得出《饮食男女》是李安以主体姿态将中国文化放在他者的地位的臆想的结论。
Abstract:Through the Intertextuality between the film "Eat Drink Man Woman" and the theory of post colonialism, the article takes the tension between the Chinese chefs and the two daughters as clues, and explores the corresponding relationship between the struggle and the relief process of the two people in the three symbolic eating processes of the admittance of the kitchen, the dominant power of the family banquet and the recovery of the taste. On one hand, Lao Zhu, as a feeble Chinese-style parent under the background of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures, has undergone a process of rejection and acceptance for Western culture. On the other hand, Zhu Jiaqian, as a savior recognized by the West, experienced the loss and identity in the integration of China and the west, and finally took on the salvation of Chinese traditional culture. By the means of this investigation, the article attempts to concretely reproduce the process of the integration of Chinese and western cultures in the context of post-colonialism, and then obtain a new life. Finally, it is concluded that “Eat Drink Man Woman” is a fantasy that Ang Lee placed Chinese culture on the other.
