体育游戏活动对自闭症儿童主动性语言干预的个案研究

自闭症儿童的兴趣爱好较为单一狭窄,研究者必须考虑被试的兴趣爱好来选择学生感兴趣的体育游戏进行干预,这样才能提高学生参与性,达到更好的干预效果。

摘    要:近年来,自闭症发病率的提高引起越来越多来自社会各界以及专家学者们的关注。社会沟通障碍是自闭症的核心症状之一,它已成为自闭症教育康复领域的一个研究热点,很多研究证明主动性语言是影响自闭症儿童社会交流和互动的关键因素,所以对儿童主动性语言的干预非常重要,体育游戏就是其中一种干预方式。

体育游戏是根据儿童的身心发展特点,以适当的体育锻炼为辅助,通过各种组织形式所形成的一种有组织、有计划、有目的的教育教学活动,是一种对特殊儿童进行治疗的有效辅助手段。本次研究就想通过个案实验的方法论证体育游戏活动对自闭症儿童主动性语言的影响。

本研究选取了一名具有语言能力且能参与体育活动的自闭症儿童作为实验对象,采用精心设计的体育游戏对其主动性语言进行干预研究。主要通过对个案干预前和干预后主动性语言的差异为本次研究结果提供依据。实验结果表明:个案在进行了2个月的体育游戏干预后,主动性语言得到了一定的改善。

The Professional and social concerns about the rising incidence of autism are increasing in recent years. As one of the core symptoms of autism, Social communication and interaction disorder has been a popular study point in the field of training and rehabilitation of children with autism. Studies prove that initiative language is a key factor influencing the social communication and interaction of children with autism. Therefore, it is important to intervene in the initiative of children with autism. Sports games is one of the intervention methods.

Sports games is an organized, planned and purposeful educational activities which based on the physical and psychological development of the children characteristics with proper physical exercise as an adjunct through various forms of organization. And it has been as an auxiliary treatment for special children. This study is intended to demonstrate the effect of sports games on the initiative language intervention of autistic children through a case study.

This study selects an autistic child with a language ability who can participate in sports activities as an experimental object. The study uses sports games which are carefully designed to interpose. The difference between the initiative language before and after the case intervention provides the basis for the results of this study.The experimental results show that after two months of intervention, the child's initiative language has been improved.
