摘    要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法，以杭州电子科技大学、浙江理工大学、中国计量学院、杭州职业技术学院、浙江传媒学院、浙江工商大学、杭州师范大学、浙江财经学院、浙江金融职业学院和浙江经济职业技术学院等10所高校的20名太极拳教师和200名学生作为研究对象调查太极拳课程教学内容情况，结果表明：目前下沙高校太极拳课程的开设率为100%，且以必修课和选修课形式都有为主；实践教学内容均以24式太极拳为主，均占调查总数的90%以上，但选修课在选择42式太极拳、32式太极剑和太极扇的教学内容所占的比重要远远大于必修课；必修课讲解的理论内容涉及面较广而全，选修课则侧重点明确，涉及面较窄。必修课和选修课均以直观教学法、讲解示范法、完整教学法、分解教学法、练习法、预防和纠正错误法选择的人次较多；必修课和选修课的教学手段均以CD录音机为主。针对此现状，提出进一步完善太极拳课程设置、丰富太极拳实践教学内容、加强太极拳理论教学、创新太极拳教学方法和优化太极拳教学手段等创新对策。

Abstract： using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method, 10 universities in Hangzhou Dianzi University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College, Zhejiang University of Media and Communications, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou Normal University, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Zhejiang Financial College and Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics 20 Taijiquan teachers and 200 students as the research object in Taijiquan teaching the content, the results showed that the Xiasha college Taijiquan course opening rate is 100%, and the compulsory and elective courses are the main form; practical teaching contents are mainly 24 Style Taijiquan, accounted for more than 90% of the total survey, but elective courses for teaching contents of 42 Style Taijiquan, 32 Taiji Sword and Tai Chi Fan the proportion is much larger In the required course; the theory content of the compulsory course involves a wide range and the whole, the elective course is clear, involving narrow. The compulsory courses and elective courses are in direct teaching method, demonstration method, integrated teaching method, decomposition teaching method, practice method, prevent and correct errors choose more passengers; compulsory course and elective course teaching methods are mainly based on CD recorder. In this situation, put forward to improve Taijiquan curriculum, enrich the teaching content, strengthen the practice of Taijiquan Taijiquan theory teaching, innovative teaching of Taijiquan Taijiquan teaching method and optimization means innovation countermeasures.
