腕关节肌力训练在青少年羽毛球训练中的实验研究

经过2个月的腕关节肌力训练,实验组的腕关节高点位与低点位屈腕肌力对比对照组得到了明显的提高,具体表现在腕肌力测试的前后对比上。

摘    要:羽毛球运动是以全身协调发力,以肩、肘、腕、手指发力控制球的小球类运动,非常适合中国人的身体条件。其每项击球技术都与手腕密切相关,依靠腕关节的瞬间变化来决定击球方向。本文旨在挖掘一套适合青少年腕关节肌力的训练方法,以提高青少年羽毛球技术水平,为丰富青少年羽毛球训练理论提供实践依据。通过文献资料、专家访谈、实验研究、归纳和数理统计法等方法从青少年的生理特征、腕关节训练方式、强度、次数等入手设计腕关节肌力训练方案,对腕关节肌力训练前后的效果进行对比分析,结果表明:(1)2个月的腕关节肌力训练增强了青少年的屈腕肌力,训练后高点位屈腕肌力从6.83±1.2419kg提升到7.59±1.5758kg,低点位屈腕肌力10.72±1.5711kg提升至11.11±1.5286kg,差异均具有显著性.(2)训练组正手击打高远球和正手发后场高远球的远度、高远球测试的优秀率增加、不及格率降低,正手高远球的优秀率从38%±16.87%提高至48%±15.49%,不及格率从23%±13.7%降低至10%±9.43%,发球优秀率从34%±16.47%提高至42%±18.74,差异显著。(3)腕关节肌力训练对于准度的提高差异不显著。结论:通过弹力带、扭力器、沙包等器材每周3次的腕关节肌力训练有助于提高青少年的腕关节肌肉力量,增加腕关节活动的稳定性与灵活性,使正手击打后场高远球和正手发后场高远球技术和水平得到明显的改善和提高。但增强青少年控制羽毛球的方向和落点还需要再进一步设计训练方案。

Abstract: Badminton is a small ball game in which the whole body is coordinated and the shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers are used to control the ball. It is very suitable for the physical condition of the Chinese people. Every stroke technique is closely related to the wrist. The purpose of this paper is to excavate a set of training methods suitable for juvenile wrist muscle strength, in order to improve teenager badminton skills. In order to enrich the theory of badminton training for teenagers to provide practical basis. Through literature, expert interviews, experimental research, induction and mathematical statistics and other methods from the physiological characteristics of teenagers, wrist joint training methods, strength, The design of wrist joint muscle A comparative study of the effects of wrist muscle strength training before and after wrist strength training was conducted. The results showed that two months of wrist strength training enhanced the wrist flexor strength of young people.
