摘要：武术学习对于小学生身心发展有着重要的作用，特别在思想品德培养方面更具有无法比拟的作用，撰写本文的目的是想在全面普及小学武术教学的基础上提高其实际教学效果。

本研究运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地采访法等多种方法，对杭州市15所小学的武术教学进行了调查与分析。通过调查研究，得出以下结论：

1.武术学习已经进入了杭州市大部分小学，不仅在体育课中有相关的教学内容，而且大部分小学有武术社团与兴趣班，不少学生也在课外进入武术培训班学习。

2.武术教学以及实施效果依然存在着不少问题：武术教学定位比较模糊；武术教学的内容比较随意；武术教学的时长较少；武术教学的模式与手段比较单一；武术教师参与培训的意识较为单薄；武术文化的渗透依然不够。

3.建议建立武术教学的管理制度，加强学校领导的重视，利用校内外活动，普及武术教学，让师生认识到武术学习的重要性。

4.加强武术文化在体育教学中的渗透，把武术学习与传承中国传统文化结合起来，利用校园艺体节、文化墙、课程节等多种活动，宣传武术精神，整体提升小学生的精神面貌。

Abstract：Martial arts learning is of great significance to the physical and mental development of primary school students ,but at present there is a lack of investigation and empirical study on the situation and effect of martial arts teaching in primary schools in Hangzhou .

This paper is centered on this ,by using the methods of literature analysis ,questionnaire survey ,expert interview and field interview, etc ,the martial arts teaching in fifteen primary schools in Hangzhou is investigated .In order to keep the scientific and rigorous nature of the study ,the author designed three questionnaires for primary school students ,primary school physical education teachers and parents of primary school students. 

Through the investigation ,the author thinks that martial arts learning has entered most primary schools in Hangzhou ,not only has the related teaching content in physical education ,but also has in most martial arts association and interest class in most primary schools ,many students also enter martial arts training class after class .However, there are still many problems in the teaching and implementation of martial arts: the position of martial arts teaching is rather vague ;the content of martial arts teaching is rather casual; the time of martial arts teaching is rather short, the mode and means of martial arts teaching is single ;the consciousness of martial arts teachers to participate in training is relatively weak; the infiltration of martial arts culture is still not enough .Consequently  ,the author makes the following suggestions:

1. To establish the management system of martial arts teaching ,to strengthen the school leaders ,to make use of the activities inside and outside the school to popularize martial arts teaching ,and to make teachers and students realize the importance of martial arts learning.

2. Through teacher training, we should carry out the curriculum goal and teaching content of martial arts in the new curriculum standard, and improve the hardware facilities of martial teaching , so as to enhance the teaching faculty of martial arts.

3. Reform the teaching mode of martial arts, innovate the teaching method of martial arts,  break through the model of traditional martial arts teaching of demonstrate+ imitate+ practice ,and integrate modern fashion elements and dance elements into martial arts teaching .Using APP, skill video and Internet platform to improve the interest of martial arts learning ,so that students can have more learning resources and paths. 武术在杭州市区小学实施的效果研究:http://www.chuibin.com/tiyu/lunwen_206176.html
