摘    要: 为了深入了解普通高校体育教学专业学生选项课的深层次心理动因，促进高校体育教育专业选项课教学可持续发展，将体育教育专业学生的选项动机与对学生的就业的影响相结合进行深入探讨，本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对大学体育教育专业学生选项动机的研究，深入了解普通高校体育教学专业学生选项课的深层次心理动因，为深化高校体育课程改革提供一定的理论支撑和实践指导。研究表明，不同性别学生对于选项动机具有一定的差异性，但从动机维度来看具有一致性，综合看来，不同性别学生在总体选项动机和内在动机维度上不具有差异性，而在外在动机维度上具有显著性差异。大学体育教育专业总体选项动机与献身倾向就业、兴趣倾向就业、衣食倾向就业和交往倾向就业均具有显著性相关。

In order to have a deep understanding of the deep-seated psychological motivations of the elective courses for PE teaching majors in ordinary colleges and universities, and to promote the sustainable development of the selective teaching of physical education majors in colleges and universities, we will deeply discuss the combination of the choice motivation of PE majors and the employment of students. This article through the literature material method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method, the mathematics statistics method to the  University physical education major student's choice motive the research, the general university physical education major student selects the class deep psychological reason, in order to deepen the university sports course The reform provides some theoretical support and practical guidance. The research shows that students of different genders have certain differences in the choice of motivation, but they are consistent from the perspective of motivation. Generally speaking, students of different genders do not have differences in the overall choice of motivation and intrinsic motivation, but in extrinsic motivation. There are significant differences in dimensions. The overall motivation of the physical education major in  University was significantly correlated with the tendency toward employment, interest-oriented employment, clothing-oriented employment, and communication-oriented employment.
