摘要:猴头菇产自中国,别号猴头菌,是一种口感细嫩,具有浓厚鲜味的食用菌。猴头菇除了极佳的食用体验外,还具有良好的药用价值,对于肠胃疾病、癌症、神经疾病都有显著的治疗效果。抗氧化肽是抗氧化物质中的一种,其抗氧化性得到了研究证实,能够降级或消除人体中自由基对组织器官的危害。本次研究目的在于探索出一种高效提取猴头菇中多肽的提取方法,提高猴头菇中有益物质的得率,为后续猴头菇产品的开发利用提供牢靠的实际依据,并进一步研究猴头菇多肽对于多种自由基去除能力。本试验通过采取闪式提取器提取措施,使用考马斯亮蓝分光光度法测得在提取速度为8000r/min,料液比为1:27.5,提取4次的条件下可以获得较高提取率的猴头菇多肽。猴头菇抗氧化物质对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基去除能力良好,对Fe离子螯合能力一般。

Research on extraction separation and activity of hericium erinaceus
Abstract:Hericium is named as Hericium erinaceus from China. It is a kind of edible mushroom with a strong taste and rich flavor.Hericium erinaceus has good medicinal value in addition to its excellent eating experience.For stomach patients, they can improve their appetite and relieve stomach discomfort. They also can improve the immune function of patients with cancer and prolong their life cycle.Antioxidant peptides are a common antioxidant substance. Their antioxidant properties have been confirmed by research and can reduce or eliminate the harm of free radicals to tissues and organs in the human body.The purpose of this study was to explore an efficient method for extracting polypeptides from Hericium erinaceus and increase the yield of beneficial substances in Hericium erinaceus.To provide solid basis for the development and utilization of Hericium erinaceus products, and further studies on the ability of Hericium erinaceus polypeptide to remove various free radicals.This test adopted a flash extractor extraction method, using Coomassie brilliant blue spectrophotometric method to measure the extraction rate of 8000r/min, the ratio of per gram of Hericium erinaceus with deionized water is 1:27.5, extraction 4 times can obtain higher extraction rate of monkeys Head mushroom peptide.Hericium erinaceus antioxidants have a good ability to remove DPPH radicals and ABTS radicals, and generally have the ability to chelate Fe ions.
