图片交换沟通系统对自闭症儿童攻击性行为干预的个案研究

摘要：图片交换沟通系统（PECS）是美国学者Bondy 和 Frost设计开发的一套辅助沟通系统，目的是帮助没有言语表达能力的自闭症儿童和存在沟通障碍的儿童利用一系列的图片进行物品的交换和需求的表达。本研究通过单一被试跨行为的多基线设计，采用图片交换沟通系统对一名伴随有攻击性行为的自闭症儿童进行辅助干预，发现图片交换沟通系统能够明显降低其攻击性行为出现的次数。此外，本研究还对图片交换沟通系统在自闭症儿童的实际教学中提出了建议，期望图片交换沟通系统对自闭症儿童的干预更好地发挥作用。

Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) is an American scholar exchange Bondy and Frost design and development of a set of auxiliary communication system, is designed to help no verbal expression ability of children with autism and communication disorders children using a series of pictures of goods exchange and demand expression.This study through a single subjects multiple baseline design across behavior, using images on an exchange communication systems with aggressive behavior of children with autism auxiliary intervention, find pictures exchange communication system can significantly reduce the number of occurrences of its aggressive behavior.In addition, this study of exchange communication system in children with autism are proposed in the actual teaching, expect Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) for children with autism intervention work better.
