摘 要:小学的教育专业师范生性别意识不仅对自身专业发展影响深远,而且由于未来教育对象的特殊性,在教育教学过程中教师的性别意识还潜移默化影响学生对性别的“前理解”。本文基于社会性别视角通过问卷调查法审视师范生的性别意识水平,发现小学教育师范生的性别意识水平总体较高,但仍存在不同程度的性别迷思,不同性别、不同专业方向师范生的性别意识水平存在显著差异;通过组织专家小组,寻求提高小学教育师范生性别平等意识的有效策略。最后聚焦课程,从课程、教学和评价三个维度提出小学教育师范生性别教育课程干预策略,以期为师范院校性别教育的开展提供些许建议。
The gender consciousness of students majoring in primary education not only had a profound impact on their professional development, due to the particularity of the future education objects, teachers' gender consciousness in the process of education teaching also exerts influence on children’s gender attitude. Based on the social gender theories, this paper examined students' gender consciousness level through the questionnaire survey method, and the result showed that the student teachers’ gender consciousness is at a higher rate, but gender myth to varying degrees can also be seen in the survey. Different gender, different major students' gender consciousness level exists significant difference. Through organizing expert group, we seek new effective gender education strategies to improve teacher students’ gender awareness. At last, several gender education intervention strategies based on postmodern curriculum are proposed from these dimensions: curriculum construction, teaching, learning and assessment, hoping to provide some suggestions for the development of gender education in normal universities.
