杭州市小学生课余时间安排现状调查与研究

摘    要:小学生的课余时间安排是近二十年来教育工作者研究的一个热点问题,如何提高小学生课余时间的安排和利用能力具有重要意义。该文主要采用调查问卷的方式,以文献研究法和访谈法作为辅助,对杭州市小学生的课余时间安排现状进行了调查和分析。结果显示,小学生在课余时间安排上还存在一定的问题,而影响问题产生的原因主要有学生自身、家庭、学校和社会这四个方面。指导小学生学会科学合理地安排课余时间,提高课余生活质量,是推进素质教育、促进学生全面发展的一项重要任务。因此,根据调查结果,提出了小学生应增强课余时间安排自主性,正确认识课余时间的价值;学校充分发挥教育作用,将闲暇教育落实到教学实践中;发挥家长言传身教的作用,重视家庭教育以及充分利用各种社会资源,为小学生提供良好的课余环境这四点建议。只有学生、家长、学校和社会齐心协力,共同努力,才能真正有效提高小学生对课余时间合理安排的能力。

Abstract:The arrangement of extracurricular time for pupils is a hot issue for educators in the past two decades. How to improve the arrangement and utilization of extracurricular time for them is of great significance. This article mainly uses the method of questionnaires, and uses literature research method and interview method as an aid to investigate and analyze the current situation of extracurricular time of pupils in Hangzhou. The results show that there are still some problems in the arrangement of extracurricular time for pupils, and the main causes of the problems are students themselves, families, schools and society around them. Guiding pupils to learn how to arrange their spare time scientifically and reasonably and improve their quality of life after class is an important task in promoting quality education and promoting the overall development of students. Therefore, according to the survey results, it is proposed that primary school students should increase the autonomy of extra-curricular arrangements and correctly understand the value of extra-curricular time. Schools should give full play to the role of education, implement leisure education in teaching practice, give play to the role of parents in preaching and teaching, and attach importance to family education. The use of various social resources to provide pupils with good extra-curricular environment four suggestions. Only students, parents, schools, and society can make concerted efforts and work together to truly improve primary students’ ability to make reasonable arrangements for after-school hours.
