摘 要:大课间是体育活动的重要组成部分,同时也是推动体育运动的重要因素。大课间不仅可以促进学生身体素质的发展,培养体育运动的兴趣和品质;还有助于培养学生积极向上的人生观和文化素养的形成。本文宗旨在于寻求塘栖三中大课间开展方式所存在的问题,为大课间的更好的发展寻求对策和思路,也为其它学校的大课间开展提供了借鉴。
本研究通过文献研究、问卷调查和访谈法等方法了解塘栖三中大课间的开展模式与效果,从塘栖三中大课间师资、场地器材、学生和领导重视等入手了解体育大课间开展过程中存在的问题,并根据相应问题从学校领导方面、特殊学生方面、宣传方面、项目设置方面、场地器材方面、教师参与方面等六个方面提出了相应的建议。
研究结果表明,塘栖三中开展模式方面,时间上为每周一至周五上午与下午各一小时;内容上各年级虽不同,但主要是跑操以及围绕体育中考项目展开;组织形式上采用先整体跑操,再按年级安排不同项目。影响大课间发展的主要因素包括学校领导不够重视、部分学生态度不端正、场地器材匮乏、活动内容单一、其它学科任课教师参与度低等问题。实施效果上,多数学生并不满意目前大课间活动,他们对大课间在形式、内容设置上的转变持有很大期待。

Major recess is not only an important component of sport activities, but also a crucial factor facilitating sport movement. For one thing, the major recess facilitates the enhancement of students’ physical qualities and cultivates their interest in and quality of sports. For another, it helps to cultivate students’ positive values and cultural qualities. The thesis aimed to study the problems existing in the implementation of major sport recess in Tangqi No. 3 Middle School to find out countermeasures and thinking for better developing the major recess and provide reference for launching major recess in other schools.
Based on literature review, questionnaire survey and interview methods, the author surveyed the modes and effect of launching major sport recess in Tangqi No. 3 Middle School and found out existing problems from different perspectives, including the faculty, site and facilities of major sport recess, students’ attitudes and leaders’ attention. Lastly, the author put forward advice from six perspectives, including school leaders, special students, promotion, project setting, site & facilities and teachers’ participation.
According to research findings, Tangqi No. 3 Middle School launches major sport recess in the morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday. Each recess lasts for an hour. As the grade varies, recess contents differ. In general, the recess focuses on running and sport events of the entrance examinations for secondary schools. Regarding the organization mode, students of all grades first run together. After running, different grades have different sport events. The development of major sport recess is hindered by perse factors, including leaders’ inadequate attention, partial students’ incorrect attitudes, lack of sites and facilities, single activities and low participation of teachers from other subjects. Regarding the implementation effect, a majority of students was dissatisfied with current recess activities and highly expected the sport recess to change in form and content setting.
