摘 要：绘画艺术治疗作为一种较新的心理疗法，该疗法以绘画艺术活动作为载体，对身心障碍者进行治疗。绘画艺术治疗是一种通过绘画这种艺术活动，不依赖语言进行自我表达的、更注重心理表现的心理疗法。对于特殊儿童而言，绘画艺术治疗这种疗法可以帮助特殊儿童宣泄情绪和表达情绪，促进特殊儿童的身心健康发展。本文选取杭州市某特殊学校的自闭症的儿童作为研究对象，有针对性的对个案实施绘画艺术治疗，以改善其情绪问题，提高情绪控制能力，引导其运用正确的方法解决情绪问题。并在干预结束后，分析本次干预里存在的问题和不足为今后运用此方法对自闭症儿童情绪问题的干预和治疗提供建议和启示。为自闭症绘画艺术治疗和教学提供可借鉴的经验和素材。
abstract：As a relatively new psychological therapy, painting art therapy uses the art of painting as a carrier to treat people with disabilities. The treatment of painting art is a kind of psychological therapy that pays more attention to psychological expression by painting this kind of artistic activity and does not rely on language to express itself. For special children, painting art therapy can help special children vent their emotions and express emotions, and promote the physical and mental health of special children. This article selects children with autism in a special school in Hangzhou as the research object, and applies targeted painting art therapy to improve their emotional problems, improve their emotional control, and guide them to use correct methods to solve emotional problems. After the intervention, the problems and shortcomings in this intervention are analyzed to provide suggestions and inspirations for the intervention and treatment of emotional problems in children with autism. Provides lessons and materials for the treatment and teaching of autism painting art.
