摘 要：目的 本研究旨在基于调查杭州师范大学医学院学生对于过敏性鼻炎认知情况和健康教育需求情况，为正确开展在校大学生关于过敏性鼻炎相关健康教育提供有益帮助。方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法对杭州师范大学医学院学生进行问卷调查，选取杭州师范大学医学院共计200名大学生进行问卷调查。采用卡方检验和t检验对不同变量的结果进行比较。结果 在被调查的187名学生中，男生55人，占29.40%，女生132人，占70.60%，患有鼻炎的有62人，占33.2%，68.99%的学生认为很需要或需要开展过敏性鼻炎健康教育 。结论 大学生对于过敏性鼻炎的知识掌握水平尚可，对于过敏性鼻炎的认知需求较高，对鼻炎干预的关注点从过去的“治疗”前移到“预防”。建议学校应积极支持和拓展过敏性鼻炎健康教育，鼓励学生利用互联网途径进行健康教育宣传，结合“治未病”理念倡导学生建立健康生活方式，减少鼻炎的发病率以及高危人群。
Abstract：Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge of allergic rhinitis and the needs of health education in the Medical College of Hangzhou Normal University, and to provide helpful help for the correct education of allergic rhinitis related health education. Methods The method of stratified random sampling was used to investigate the students of Medical College in Hangzhou Normal University. A total of 200 college students from Hangzhou Normal University were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey. Chi square test and t test were used to compare the results of different variables.. Results Among the 187 students surveyed, 55 were boys, 29.40%, 132 girls, 70.60%, 62 with rhinitis, 33.2%, and 68.99% of the students who thought it needed or needed a health education for allergic rhinitis. Conclusion The knowledge level of allergic rhinitis is still available, the cognitive demand for allergic rhinitis is higher, and the concern for the intervention of rhinitis from the past "treatment" to "prevention". It is suggested that schools should actively support and expand the health education of allergic rhinitis, encourage students to use the Internet to carry out health education, and combine the concept of "cure the disease" to advocate the students to establish a healthy lifestyle, reduce the incidence of rhinitis and high-risk groups.
