摘 要：教育机智是教师在教育教学过程中，通过观察，利用各种因素对学生施加积极的影响和引导，巧妙地解决教学中遇到的突发问题并帮助学生获得新知识进而获得进一步发展的灵活的应变能力。它是教师教育观念的主动体现，通过教育机智，充分体现了教师的教育观、教育态度和能力，也反映了教师的人格修养，对提高教学成效有着重要作用，同时也是检测教师专业技能发展的必不可少的一个重要环节。本文对杭州市和宁波市部分小学教师教育机智的认知及使用现状进行了调查，并针对存在的问题提出了一些建议。
Pedagogical tact is a teacher in the education teaching process, through the observation, use a variety of factors exert a positive effect on the students and guide, clever solve unexpected problems in teaching and help the student to obtain new knowledge in order to gain the further development of flexible strain capacity. It is the active manifestation of teachers' education concept, through the pedagogical tact, fully embodies the teachers' education, education attitude and ability, also reflects the teacher's personality, plays an important role to improve the teaching effect, is also the essential of teacher professional development is an important link. This paper investigates the cognition and use of education in some primary school teachers in Hangzhou and Ningbo city, and puts forward some Suggestions on the existing problems.
