摘 要:学习拖延是指个体在学习活动中对想要完成且应该完成的学习任务的非理性的延迟,并往往伴有不良的情绪体验。学习拖延是学生群体中常见的心理现象,长期的学习拖延不仅影响学生的学业成绩,而且容易引发学生懊悔、焦虑、内疚、自责等消极情绪体验,甚至导致一些消极人格特征的形成。小学阶段是培养良好的习惯和思维能力、创新能力的黄金时期。对每一个人而言,小学时期养成的良好学习习惯,将会受用一生。作业拖延作为学习拖延的一种类型之一,对小学生造成的负面影响已引起广大教育工作者的关注。因此,探寻作业拖延的原因,探讨小学生作业拖延行为的预防和矫正对策已成为重要问题。本研究以湖州市吴兴区和南浔区两所小学共503名高段小学生作为被试,采用问卷法对高段小学生群体的作业拖延状况进行调查,了解了高段小学生作业拖延的总体状况和以及人口学变量上的特点,结合对班主任、学习拖延水平较高的小学生的访谈资料,分析高段小学生作业拖延的原因,并进一步探讨高段小学生作业拖延行为的预防和矫正对策。

Abstract:Academic procrastination is a kind of irrational delay which means the learners know that they should be completed learning tasks within the scheduled time, but they don’t complete them in time with bad emotion experience. Academic procrastination behavior is a kind of prevalent psychology phenomenon which also exists in primary students Long-term academic procrastination behavior not only affects students’ academic performance , but also easily leads to students’ anxiety, guilt, regret, remorse and other negative emotional experience, and even lead to the formation of some negative personality. Primary school stage is a key period for students’ cultivation of good habits, ideation and inventiveness. For everyone, the good habits of learning in the primary school will be used for a lifetime. The negative effects of homework delay which is one of the types of academic procrastination on primary school students have attracted the attention of the educators. Therefore, exploring the causes of homework delay, learning to prevent homework delay behavior and correction measures are important. In this study, 503 high grade primary school students from two primary schools in Wuxing district and Nanxun District of Huzhou were selected as subjects, and their homework delay status was investigated by open-ended questionnaire. And during this study, the overall situation of the homework delay of high grade primary school students and the characteristics of the demographic variables were researched. Based on the interview materials of primary school teachers and students with high procrastination, the author analyzed the causes of homework delay in high grade primary school students, and further explored the prevention and correction strategies of high grade primary school students' homework delay.
