摘要:为改善迫击炮附加装药的综合性能,本论文对附加药盒的材料、结构和制备工艺进行了优化设计和试验研究,通过选材、浸泡、驱水、制胶、成型、精修等工艺制备了CC复合空药盒。设计研究的CC复合空药盒是采用硝基软片与纯棉网状针织药盒布单面热压复合而成药盒布,在高温热水中加压成型,然后放入循环水中冷却定型,制造出半盒,用粘合胶进行加压粘合,最后冲裁成型。CC复合空药盒的性能测试结果表明:CC复合药盒在温度350℃条件下可燃烧56s,比传统药盒耐自燃时间长24s,燃尽性较好;内弹道性能稳定,初速分级效果明显,弹丸出口速度范围可达到168m/s~340m/s;高、低温试验强度、刚度较好,尤其是在高温条件下改善了传统药盒容易变软的缺点。与传统药盒相比,CC复合空药盒制备工艺较为简单,强度较好,密封性能较佳,具有较好的耐自燃性能和内弹道性能。

Title The design and manufacture of an empty additional increment box for propellant charge of mortar bomb
Abstract:In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the mortar, the material, structure and preparation process of the additional kit are optimized and tested. The materials, such as selection, soaking, dropping, making, forming and finishing are carried out. A CC composite empty kit was prepared. Design of the CC composite empty box is the use of nitro-based soft film and cotton mesh knitted cardboard single-sided hot-pressing compound made of medicine box cloth, in high temperature hot water pressure molding, and then placed in the circulating water cooling stereotypes, manufacturing a half box, with adhesive for pressure bonding, the final blanking molding. CC composite empty box performance test results show that: CC composite kit at 350 ℃ under the conditions of combustion can be 56s, than the traditional box resistant to spontaneous combustion time of 24s, burnout better; internal trajectory performance is stable, the primary speed grading effect is obvious , The projectile exit speed range can reach 168m / s ~ 340m / s; high and low temperature test strength, good stiffness, especially in high temperature conditions to improve the traditional kit easy to soft shortcomings. Compared with the traditional kit, CC composite empty kit preparation process is relatively simple, good strength, better sealing performance, with good resistance to spontaneous combustion performance and internal ballistic performance.
