摘 要:本实验研究了石蜡,聚乙二醇1000以及聚乙二醇2000的含量对光固化成品的力学性能的影响。结果表明:以有机烯烃SR9003为分散剂来分散石蜡,以聚乙二醇单甲醚与聚乙二醇二甲醚质量比为1.46:1的复配乳化剂,先研磨后稀释的方法制备出的石蜡乳液的稳定性最好,粒径最小。石蜡含量在10%之前,对光敏树脂光固化的硬度和拉伸强度有增加的作用,而当石蜡含量过大,则对光固化物的拉伸强度和硬度有减小的作用。PEG2000与PEG1000总体对光固化物的拉伸拉伸强度和硬度有减小的作用。
Abstract :The effects of paraffin, polyethylene glycol 1000 and polyethylene glycol 2000 on the mechanical properties of cured products were studied in this experiment. The results show that the dispersive paraffin wax takes organic olefin SR9003 as the disperser, and the mass ratio of monomethyl ether and two methyl ether is 1.46:1, and the stability of the paraffin emulsion prepared by grinding first and after dilution is the best and the particle size is the smallest. Before the paraffin content was 10%, the hardness and tensile strength of the photosensitive resin were increased, but when the paraffin content was too large, the tensile strength and hardness of the light cured material were reduced. PEG2000 and PEG1000 generally reduce the tensile strength and hardness of UV curable products.
