摘要: 当油菜籽改性的硼和氮用作添加剂并且油菜籽油用作基础油时,长链菜籽油分子发生载体作用,高氮反应性和缺硼电子会在金属摩擦面形成高强度吸附膜。并且,形成的反应膜具有良好的提高润滑油的承载能力,以及减小摩擦的性能。为此,本课题以精制菜籽油为原料, 改变了菜籽油的化学性质,从而制备硼氮改性菜籽油添加剂(BNR)。实验的最终结论为:反应原料溶液的摩尔质量比为1:1,在140°C条件下充分反应3h。随后在第二步,加入硼酸再持续地反应1小时。反应温度控制在120℃下进行反应,得出产物硼氮改性菜籽油添加剂(BNR)的最高产率,为76.8%。并用红外光谱鉴定其主要功能基团。B-O键的吸收峰出现在(1430~1355)cm-1处,表明该化合物为硼酸酯化合物。在1264.3cm-1处的较强吸收峰表明化合物中有N元素存在,并且为O-C-N的吸收峰。此外图中的(1695~1540)cm-1出现了-C=C-的中等强度吸收峰,表明产物为不饱和。使用四球机进行磨损试验,来研究菜籽油作为基础油和BNR作为添加剂时的抗磨损和抗摩擦的性能。结果表示出:基础油中添加剂最适宜的含量为1.5%(wt%),硼氮化菜籽油添加剂的抵抗摩擦性以及减摩性能十分良好,是十分出色的绿色环保型润滑添加剂。

Study on the Tribological Properties of Boron-nitrogen Rapeseed Oil based Lubricity Additives

Abstract: When rapeseed-modified boron and nitrogen are used as additives and rapeseed oil is used as a base oil, long-chain rapeseed oil molecules undergo carrier action, and high-nitrogen reactivity and boron-deficient electrons form a high-strength adsorption film on the metal friction surface. Moreover, the formed reaction film has good anti-friction and anti-friction effects on the steel and aluminum steel friction pair steel friction pair. Therefore, this project uses modified rapeseed oil as a raw material to change the chemical properties of rapeseed oil to prepare a boron-nitrogen-modified rapeseed oil additive (BNR). The final conclusion of the experiment was that the molar mass ratio of the reaction raw material solution was 1:1, and the reaction was fully performed at 140° C. for 3 h. Then in the second step, 12 g of solid boric acid was added and the reaction continued for one hour. The reaction temperature was controlled at 120°C to obtain the highest yield of product boron nitrogen modified rapeseed oil additive (BNR), which was 76.8%. The main functional groups were identified by infrared spectroscopy. The absorption peak of the B-O bond appeared at (1430 to 1355) cm-1, indicating that the compound was a borate ester compound. The stronger absorption peak at 1264.3 cm-1 indicates that N is present in the compound and is an O-C-N absorption peak. In addition, a moderate intensity absorption peak of -C=C- appears in (1695-1540) cm-1 of the graph, indicating that the product is unsaturated. A four-ball machine was used for the abrasion test to investigate the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of rapeseed oil as a base oil and BNR as an additive. The results showed that the optimum content of the additive in the base oil was 1.5% (wt%). The boron nitride nitride rapeseed oil additive has very good friction resistance and friction reduction performance and is an excellent green environment-friendly lubricant additive.
