柔性链缩水甘油酯的制备及其应用研究

试验通过对二聚酸缩水甘油酯和油酸缩水甘油酯作为环氧树脂增韧剂的应用研究,以及二聚酸缩水甘油酯改性胺和油酸缩水甘油酯改性胺的制备和应用研究

摘要:本论文研究了柔性链缩水甘油酯改性胺类固化剂的制备方法及其应用,使用二聚酸缩水甘油酯和油酸缩水甘油酯这类分子中具有柔性的特性来对胺类固化剂改性来提高环氧树脂固化物的韧性。得出了二聚酸缩水甘油酯改性胺的制备条件为苯甲醇稀释剂的用量为总质量的30%,二聚酸缩水甘油酯的滴加温度为55℃,滴加后的反应温度为65℃,二聚酸缩水甘油酯与异佛尔酮二胺的摩尔用量比为1:1.1。固化物的最大拉伸性能达到28.38Mpa,冲击强度达到9.02 kJ/m2,具有较好的增韧效果。油酸缩水甘油酯改性胺的制备条件为苯甲醇稀释剂的用量为总质量的20%,油酸缩水甘油酯的滴加温度为55℃,滴加后的反应温度为65℃,油酸缩水甘油酯与异佛尔酮二胺的摩尔用量比为1:1.1。固化物的最大拉伸性能达到16.03Mpa,冲击强度达到3.35 kJ/m2,增韧效果不佳。

本论文还研究了二聚酸缩水甘油酯和油酸缩水甘油酯作为增韧剂的应用,在二聚酸缩水甘油酯与618环氧树脂质量比为2:4时效果最佳,此时的邵氏D硬度为81,拉伸强度为52.22MPa,冲击强度为17.12 kJ/m2。油酸缩水甘油酯与618环氧树脂质量比为3:4时效果最佳,此时邵氏D硬度为67,拉伸强度为25.61MPa,冲击强度为10.53 KJ/m2。

Preparation of Flexible Chain Glycidyl Ester and Its Application

Abstract:This dissertation studies the preparation and application of flexible chain glycidyl ester-modified amine curing agents. The use of dimer acid glycidyl esters and oleic acid glycidyl esters has the flexibility to modify amine curing agents. Improve the toughness of cured epoxy resin. The preparation conditions for the dimer acid glycidyl ester-modified amine were found to be 30% of the total mass of benzyl alcohol diluent,glycidyl dimer acid dropping temperature is 55°C,the reaction temperature after dropping is 65°C, the molar ratio of dimer acid glycidyl ester to isophorone diamine is 1:1.1. The maximum tensile property of the cured product reached 28.38 Mpa, and the impact strength reached 9.02 kJ/m2, which has a good toughening effect. Glycidyl oleate modified amine is prepared using benzyl alcohol diluent at 20% of total mass, dropping temperature of glycidyl oleate is 55°C, the reaction temperature after dropping is 65°C, the molar ratio of glycidyl oleate to isophorone diamine is 1:1.1. The maximum tensile property of the cured product reached 16.03Mpa, the impact strength reached 3.35 kJ/m2, and the toughening effect was not good.

In this dissertation, the application of dimer acid glycidyl ester and glycidyl oleate as toughening agent was studied. The effect was best when the mass ratio of glycidyl dimerate to 618 epoxy resin was 2:4. The Shore D hardness is 81, the tensile strength is 52.22 MPa, and the impact strength is 17.12 kJ/m2. When the mass ratio of glycidyl oleate to 618 epoxy resin was 3:4, the effect was best. The Shore D hardness was 67, the tensile strength was 25.61 MPa, and the impact strength was 10.53 KJ/m2.
