摘要:生命体中有非常多的行为都需要有糖类的参与,通过糖与蛋白的特异性识别,可以明显的提升对疾病的诊治效果。据研究发现,由于降冰片烯的加成聚合物在较热情况下性质不会变化、介电常数也比较低、透光性也比较好,而且不易吸水,所以这类聚合物会被作为比较有发展的光电学信息技术材料。在点击化学当中,有以下几个特点:生成物的产量较高;反应速率和反应效率较高;需要的反应条件也较为温和;而且最重要的是这类反应的纯化较为简单;对环境的危害也是较小的,所以,点击化学的应用比较广泛。 因此,本论文介绍了通过“ Click”点击化学制备含异类糖的降冰片烯衍生物,详细描述了从降冰片烯二酸酐开始直至最后制备含异类糖的降冰片烯衍生物。此类含糖衍生物最终通过核磁共振,高分辨质谱等手段进行表征。本论文中,是通过利用“ Click”点击化学反应、甘露糖和葡萄糖的叠氮化合物来首次合成此类降冰片烯的含异类糖聚合物,这将会对在结构顺序方面较为复杂的含糖聚合物体系带来较大的发展可能性。我们同时还会观察在不同反应条件下,此反应的不同反应现象以及变化,讨论不同的可能性。随着科学的进步,含糖化合物的研究具有十分重要的实际意义。在实验的过程中,我们所制备得到的预期产物和所需重要中间体的结构都会通过1H NMR谱图得到更加确切的证实。

By"Click" Click to Chemically Prepare Norbornene Derivatives Containing Heterosaccharides
Abstract:Many of the behaviors in life are involved with sugar-containing polymers,through the specific recognition of sugar and protein,can significantly improve the effect of disease treatment.Norbornene addition polymers have good thermal stability,low dielectric constant,, high optical transparency and low hygroscopicity, and as a promising optoelectronic information technology material.Click chemistry has many advantages, such as high yield, high efficiency, low side reactions, mild reaction conditions, simple separation and purification, and small environmental pollution.Therefore, this article describes the chemical synthesis of norbornene derivatives containing heteromeric sugars by "Click" click chemistry, and describes in detail the synthesis of norbornene derivatives from norbornene dianhydride up to and including heteromeric sugars.Such sugar-containing derivatives are finally characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance, high resolution mass spectrometry and the like. In this dissertation, we first synthesized such norbornene-containing heteropolysaccharide polymers through click chemistry, mannose, and glucose azide compounds. This would lead to more complex sugars in structural order. The polymer system brings about great development possibilities. We will also observe different reactions and changes in this reaction under different reaction conditions and discuss different possibilities. With the progress of science, the study of sugar-containing compounds has very important practical significance. In the course of the experiment, the structure of the expected product and the desired important intermediate we prepared was confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy.
