探究互联网装修模式对家装效率的影响

摘    要:历史悠久但方兴未艾的中国家装行业随着中国经济的快速发展,被裹挟着卷入“互联网+”的改革大潮。由消费者、装修公司、设计师、施工人员等许多单位构成的从上世纪末发展起来的中国家装行业始终明显存在着行业集中度低、链条冗长、效率低的问题。消费者体验差、大小装修公司发展失衡、市场发展不和谐。效率的定义包括许多方面如时间效率、资源效益、社会效益,对消费者、装修企业都存在着重要的影响。互联网带来了诸如vr、大数据、可视化、流量接口、移动办公等许多等新工具。近两年大量资本、传统有实力的装修公司、互联网IT企业都纷纷涉水互联网装修。本文主要以第三方平台与垂直自建生态两种互联网家装模式,分析在各个环节是否对家装效率有所提高。并对如何提高家装效率在消费者与装修企业方面提出建议。并在结尾对中国家装行业的未来趋势作简短讨论。

                                               

Abstract

With a long history but in the ascendant, China's national loading industry has been dragged into the "Internet +" reform tide with the rapid development of Chinese economy. By consumers, decoration companies, designers, construction personnel and many other units from the end of the last century, the development of the National Assembly industry has always been evident in the industry concentration of low, long chain, low efficiency problems. Consumer experience poor, size decoration company development imbalance, market development is not harmonious. The definition of efficiency includes many aspects, such as time efficiency, resource efficiency and social benefit, which have important influence on consumers and decoration enterprises. The Internet brings many new tools such as VR, large data, visualization, flow interface, mobile office and so on. Nearly two years a large number of capital, the traditional strength of the decoration companies, internet IT companies have waded internet decoration. This paper mainly based on the third party platform and vertical self-built ecology of two kinds of Internet home improvement mode, analysis in each link whether the efficiency of the home installed. And how to improve the efficiency of home improvement in the consumer and decoration enterprises to make recommendations. At the end of the China-China loading industry in the future trends for a brief discussion.
