摘 要: 目的 “互联网+”时代,医院医生基于微信公众平台对乳腺癌等相关乳腺疾病患者的慢病管理中服务中,患者对于其满意度的调查研究。 方法 对于浙江省中医院的乳腺疾病患者进行调查,根据研究对象和该微信公众平台的特点自主设计调查问卷, 在电子问卷平台制作“问卷星”网站上制作电子问卷后生成电子链接和二维码,从PC端和移动端相结合的在社交渠道上,如医生微信朋友圈,患友微信群以及面对面的扫描二维码的方式进行扩散和调查填写问卷。结果 共回收调查问卷328份,其中有关注该微信公众平台的患者256位,采用t检验和logistic回归分析相关影响因素,结果显示只有是否有乳腺病遗传史对该平台的关注度的影响出现统计学意义(P<0.05). 研究对象对于该微信公众平台获取乳腺相关疾病健康信息的满意度评价,满意度的条目包括获取健康信息的方便性、阅读的经济性、医患双向交流性、研究的前沿性、时效性、准确性、权威性七个方面的满意度均在80%以上。结论 相比于其他社交网上发布的健康信息及健康服务,医院开展基于微信公众平台的健康服务具有广阔的前景和绝对的优势,医院可以重视线上服务,构建团队,或者与医院外的一些健康管理公司共同合作推广该模式,实现资源共享,提高服务质量。
Abstract
Objective In the era of "Internet plus", hospital doctors based on WeChat public platform for patients with breast cancer and other related breast diseases in the management of chronic diseases, patients with their satisfaction survey research. Method The patients with Breast disease the zhejiang provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine to investigate, according to the research object and the characteristics of the micro letter public platform designed questionnaire, platform in the electronic questionnaire "questionnaire star" website built after the electronic questionnaire generate electronic links and qr code, from the combination of PC and mobile at on social channels, such as doctors believe circle of friends, friends with micro letter group and face-to-face way of scanning the qr code diffusion and survey to fill out the questionnaire. Results From questionnaire 328, one of the focus on the micro letter public platform of the 256 patients, the t- test and logistic regression analysis of related factors, the results show that only if there is mammary gland disease history of genetic influence on the platform of attention appears to be statistically significant (P < 0.05). The object of study for the micro letter public platform to obtain the satisfaction evaluation of Breast disease health related information satisfaction items including the convenience of accessing health information, the efficiency of reading, doctor-patient two-way communication, research of frontier and timeliness, accuracy, authority seven aspects of satisfaction are above 80% .Conclusion Compared to other social online health information and health services, public hospitals based on micro letter platform of health service has a broad prospect and the absolute superiority, the hospital can pay attention to online services, build team, or with some outside the hospital health management companies work together to promote the pattern, realize resources sharing, improve service quality.
