互联网医疗发展的现状问题及建议

摘要：随着我国社会经济程度的不断发展，综合国力和人民的生活质量水平显著提高，使得与人民生活息息相关的医疗服务的需求也不断增长。但由于我国长期存在医疗资源匮乏、分布不均等问题导致了医疗需求和医供的矛盾加剧。互联网医疗就是在这一背景下应运而生，利用互联网跨越时空的特性，通过在线问诊、共享医疗信息等方式有效的降低了医疗成本解决“看病贵”的同时，也帮助改善医疗资源的分配不均的问题，一定程度上缓解了“看病难”的问题。互联网医疗通过在线问诊、远程医疗、健康管理等多种形式的医疗服务改善了当前紧张的医患关系，促进了医疗产业的发展。

本文通过对国内外互联网医疗的相关文献进行梳理和归纳，从技术、支付、服务、法律法规等方面基于国际比较思路对互联网医疗行业现状进行浅析和总结，从C端的角度提出互联网医疗存在的问题，最后本文针对这些问题提出相关的建议。本文旨在认识互联网医疗在我国发展的现状，探讨发展中存在的问题，为我国医疗改革提出具有价值的建议，并对今后的发展做出预测。

Abstract：With the continuous development of China’s social economy, the overall national strength and people’s quality of life have improved significantly, and the demand for medical services that are closely related to people’s lives has also increased. However, due to the long-standing lack of medical resources and uneven distribution in China, the contradiction between medical needs and medical supplies has intensified. Internet medical care came into being under this background. Using the characteristics of the Internet across time and space, through online inquiry and sharing of medical information, etc., the cost of medical services was effectively reduced to solve the problem of “expensive medical treatment” while also helping to improve the distribution of medical resources. The problem of inequality has, to a certain extent, alleviated the problem of “difficulty in seeing a doctor”. Internet medical services through various forms of medical services such as online medical consultations, telemedicine, and health management have improved the current tense doctor-patient relationship and promoted the development of the medical industry.

This article sorts out and summarizes relevant literature on internet medical care at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the status quo of the internet medical industry based on international comparative ideas in terms of technology, payment, services, laws and regulations, and proposes the existence of internet medical care from the perspective of C-side. In the end, this article proposes relevant suggestions for these issues. The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of the development of internet medical care in China, to discuss the problems in the development, to provide valuable suggestions for China's health care reform, and to make predictions for future development.
