下沙高教园区校内商业健身房经营现状研究

摘要:健身是人类随着生活水平的日益提高所产生的对生活的更高层次的追求,通过自己的身体锻炼来改善促进自身的身体状况和心理健康发展的一种社会实践活动,它以运动为主要形式,通过自身的柔韧性、灵敏性协调性等训练方式,来改善人身体机能和身体形态的特征,主要目的是使人体身心健康发展并通过外部的锻炼使人的身材更加健美。近年我国的健身市场开始迅速兴起,大学生已成为体育健身消费的一部分群体之一和不可或缺的市场。在国家政策的支持下,体育健身行业得到迅速发展,校内商业健身房作为体育健身行业的重要组成部分,校内商业健身市场在中国的潜力相当之大,只要经营管理得当,健身俱乐部在体育产业中发展前景很可观。因此,校内商业健身俱乐部的经营现状和未来发现方向成了很多经营管理者和投资者所关注的问题。

本文通过文献资料研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访问法,对高校内商业健身房的经营管理进行深入分析,发现目前在管理服务理念上、硬件设施和健身教练等方面存在问题。提出提供人性化的服务,加强硬件配置和维护,加强健身教练员的管理培训,采取灵活多样的销售策略和普及健身知识的具体对策,为学生提供更好的运动体验和进一步提高健身房的经营管理水平。

Abstract: The fitness of life is the pursuit of a higher level of human life with increasing levels of produce, to improve a social practice to promote their own physical condition,access method and mental health development through my body, it takes the main form of exercise, through its flexibility, sensitivity of coordinating training mode to to improve the characteristics of human body function and body shape, the main purpose is to enable the healthy development of body and mind and through external exercise makes people more toned figure. In recent years, the fitness market in China has begun to rise rapidly. College students have become one of the parts of sports fitness consumption and an indispensable market. Under the support of national policy, the sports fitness industry has developed rapidly, the school gym business as an important part of the sports fitness industry, the potential market in the Chinese commercial fitness is relatively big, as long as the management properly, fitness clubs in the sports industry development prospect is very considerable. Therefore, the management status and future direction of the Campus Commercial Fitness Club have become a problem that many managers and investors pay attention to.

Through literature research, questionnaire survey and data statistics , we conduct in-depth analysis of the operation and management of business gymnasium in universities, and find that there are some problems in management service concept, hardware facilities and fitness coaches. To provide personalized service, strengthening and maintenance of hardware configuration, strengthen the management of fitness coaches training, adopt flexible sales strategy and specific measures to popularize knowledge of fitness, provide better sports experience and further improve the management level of the gym for students.
