摘要:社会生产力不断发展,人们对食物的追求已由温饱过渡到健康。因此,无公害蔬菜已成为市场上炙手可热的农产品。然而,无公害蔬菜产业化进程中暴露出诸多弊端。本课题通过对云南省弥渡县无公害蔬菜产业化发展现状进行研究,针对其基础设施薄弱、规模化种植品种较少、良种繁育推广体系不完善、蔬菜标准化生产技术不高、市场流通体系不健全、农业信息服务滞后、品牌化发展不足、新型农业经营主体辐射带动能力不强等问题,提出了优化布局、加强生产基地建设、发展壮大蔬菜流通组织和企业、加强技术、推进市场、强化品牌等相应措施。试图通过此案例,为中国无公害蔬菜产业化发展研究作出新的尝试。

Investigation and Development Strategy of Pollution - free Vegetable Industrialization: a case study of Midu county, Yunnan province
Abstract:With the development of social productive forces, people's living standards are constantly improving. People's demands for food has shift from adequate food to healthy diet. Therefore, pollution-free vegetables have become the hottest agricultural products in the market. However, there are many problems in the process of pollution-free vegetable industrialization. Through the research on the current situation and problems of the industrialization of pollution-free vegetables in Midu County of Yunnan Province, this paper aims at its weak infrastructure, small scale planting varieties, imperfect breeding and popularization system, poor standardization of vegetable production technology, imperfect market circulation system, lagging of agricultural information service and brand development. In order to improve the distribution of the production base, strengthen the circulation organization and enterprise of vegetable, strengthen the technology, promote the market and strengthen the brand. Through this case, we try to make a new attempt for the development of industrialization of nuisance free vegetables in China.
