摘要:褪黑素(MT)是一种广泛存在于高等植物体内的小分子物质,被认为是一种新的植物生长调节剂和生物刺激剂,对植物生长和发育方面有着重要的作用。其中,最为人们关注的是褪黑素在植物抵御干旱、高盐、极端温度和氧化胁迫等不良影响中所发挥的重要功能。探索外源褪黑素对温度胁迫下草莓植株的影响,为揭示褪黑素调节植物抗逆性的机制打下基础。以草莓“红颊”为试验材料,首先采用叶片喷施不同浓度褪黑素处理,确定叶片喷施的最佳浓度。然后在不同温度胁迫下对草莓进行叶面喷施,分析比较各处理草莓叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、内源褪黑素含量等生理指标。温度胁迫处理,喷施适宜浓度的外源褪黑素可显著性诱导內源褪黑素的形成,提高草莓叶片SOD、POD和CAT的活性,同时使可溶性糖的含量提升,MDA含量降低,增强草莓植株抵抗温度胁迫的能力,促进草莓的生长,缓解温度胁迫给草莓造成的严重伤害。

Effects of exogenous melatonin on growth and development of strawberry under different temperature stress.
Abstract:Melatonin is a small molecules widely exist in higher plants which is regarded as a new plant growth regulator and biological stimulant. Melatonin has importance roles in many aspects of plant growth and development. The most frequently mentioned functions of melatonin are related to abiotic stresses such as drought, salt stress, extreme temperature, and oxidative stresses. To explore the effect of exogenous melatonin on strawberry under temperature stress, and to lay a foundation for revealing the mechanism of melatonin in regulating plant stress resistance. The optimal concentration treatment of the leaves was determined by using the different concentration of melatonin in the treatment of strawberry as the test material. Then, the strawberry was sprayed on the leaves under different temperature stress. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity and catalase (CAT) activity in the leaves of the strawberry were analyzed and compared. Endogenous melatonin content and other physiological indicators.
Under the temperature stress treatment, spraying exogenous melatonin at a suitable concentration can significantly induce the formation of endogenous melatonin, increase the activities of SOD, POD, and CAT in strawberry leaves, increase the content of soluble sugars, and decrease the content of MDA in the leaves. The ability of strawberry plants to resist temperature stress promotes the growth of strawberries and alleviates the severe damage caused by temperature stress to strawberries.
