杭州市各区县信息产业发展比较分析

摘要：年来杭州市不断优化信息业发展整体环境，推进信息技术在经济和社会领域中的广泛应用，信息化位居全国领先水平。但各区县信息产业发展水平差异较大。本文从杭州各区县信息产业规模、产业集聚，产业层次等方面展开比较分析，认为各区县间存在资源争夺激烈、资金扶持重心偏向、龙头企业分布不均、地理环境制约等现象，从而造成杭州信息产业落后区县发展水平较低的问题。基于上述问题，构建杭州市各区县信息产业均衡发展的基本思路，充分发挥信息产业对杭州市整体经济的促进效应，提出各区县信息产业协调发展的对策。

In recent years, Hangzhou has continuously optimized the overall environment for the development of the information industry, promoted the extensive application of information technology in the economic and social fields, and information technology ranks the leading level in the country. But each district county information industry development level is big difference. Based on the comparative analysis of the scale of information industry, industrial agglomeration and industrial level in every district and county of Hangzhou, this paper points out that there are some phenomena such as fierce competition for resources, skewed center of gravity of fund support, uneven distribution of leading enterprises, and restriction of geographical environment among districts and counties. As a result, Hangzhou information industry backward counties low level of development. Based on the above problems, the basic idea of balanced development of information industry in Hangzhou district and county is constructed. The paper gives full play to the promoting effect of information industry on the whole economy of Hangzhou and puts forward the countermeasures for the coordinated development of information industry in all districts and counties.
