摘 要:近年来,“一带一路”建设这个字眼在众多重要的国内和国际性会议上被多次提及也逐 渐被人们所熟知,更是在十九大会议上被提议载入党章,其的重要性不言而喻。自 2015 年 的正式出台后,其在经济和劳务合作方面发展迅猛,作为重要组成部分的对外直接投资发挥 了重要作用。处于“十三五”时期的杭州处在“前峰会后亚运”的窗口期,具有国家和政府 的政策和平台支持和民营经济发达的优势,然而其“走出去”仍处于初期发展阶段,对外投 资能力和信心相对缺乏。本文将分析杭企对外直接投资的现状,指出其不足并指出相应的措 施,这对杭州今后“走出去”提供参考价值和意义,也为其他省份和城市的发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:In recent years, the term “One Belt and One Road” has been repeatedly mentioned in many important domestic and international conferences and gradually became known to people.
