摘 要：一直以来中小微企业在我国经济高速发展过程中扮演着非常重要的角色，是对我国国有企业等大规模经济的重要补充，在促进城乡人口就业、促使我国整体经济水平提高发挥着极其重要的作用。小微企业由于其本身具有规模小等特点，在经营过程中也较为灵活，一直以来得到了快速地发展，但是小微企业由于其要企业结构以及管理方面的能力有限，所以目前大部分小微企业存在着融资困难的问题，小微企业的主要融资方式有自身融资、银行贷款融资以及民间融资等方式。此文在着重论述了小微企业几种常用融资模式开展背景的基础上，经过数据分析的方法总结出小微企业存在的融资难题，并提出有效地解决措施。
All the time, small and micro enterprises was play as a very important role in China's current economic development process. They are important supplements to China's large-scale economies, afer that also have some state-owned enterprises. Small and micro enterprises is play an important role in promoting urban and rural employment and raising the overall economic level of China. Small and micro- enterprises are relatively flexible in their business processes because of their small- scale characteristics. They have been rapidly developed. However, small and micro enterprises currently have most of them because of their limited business structure and limited management capabilities. There is a problem of financing difficulties in enterprises. The main financing methods for small and micro enterprises include self- financing, bank loan financing and private financing. This paper elaborates the development background of several common financing modes for small and micro enterprises, Through the data analysis, some difficult summarizes the financing problems still in China’s small and micro enterprises, and proposes high efficiency solutions.
