摘 要：现阶段国内对于引入社会资本进入儿童医疗服务市场已经有了一定基础的实践，其成效也较为清晰，首先增加了儿童基本医疗服务的整体供给量；其次社会资本发挥了其市场化的特点，在积极向满足多层次、中高端、精细化的医疗需求发展，另外民营医院的发展也在逐渐改变整体医疗市场的服务理念。但同时也存在很多问题，预计未来还会逐渐显现一些目前尚不明显的矛盾，本文通过具体案例分析，从政策层面、民营儿童医院管理体系建设、儿童医疗人才的培养和管理等多个方面提出自身的看法，形成了具体的建议，希望能对儿童医疗服务市场未来发展提供有益的帮助。
