消费者感知风险对短租行业发展的影响分析

摘要:短租作为个性化的共享模式进入我们的视野,逐渐成为现今年轻人外出住宿的新选择。作为一种新兴的商业模式,短租在方便我们外出住宿的同时也引出了许多安全事件,监管漏洞、权责不明、缺乏安全保障等问题的存在,许多消费者对短租平台的使用存在顾虑。

本文结合感知风险理论,通过研究消费者使用短租平台时拟存在的风险感知,构建了八大研究假设,通过对207位短租消费者的有效问卷调查,进行数据分析。本研究最终证实了功能风险、身体风险、财务风险、心理风险、沟通风险对于短租用户的使用意愿有显著性负影响。基于研究的结果,对短租平台提出了规划行业规范、加强安全监管等降低短租感知风险、提升用户使用意愿的对策和建议。

Abstract : Short rent as a personalized sharing model into our vision。It has gradually become a new choice for young people to go out to stay. As a new business model, short-term rentals have led to many security incidents while facilitating us to go out to stay. Problems such as regulatory loopholes, unclear rights and responsibilities, and lack of security guarantees have caused many consumers to worry about the use of short-term rental platforms. .

Based on the theory of perceived risk, this paper constructs eight research hypotheses by studying the perceived risk perceptions of consumers using short-term rental platforms, and conducts data analysis through an effective questionnaire survey of 207 short-term consumers. This study finally confirmed that functional risk, physical risk, financial risk, psychological risk, and communication risk have significant negative effects on short-term users' willingness to use. Based on the results of the research, this paper proposes measures and recommendations for the short-term rental platform, such as planning industry norms, strengthening safety supervision, and reducing perceived risks of short-term leases and users' willingness to use.
