摘    要：闲暇生活与闲暇教育对儿童的身心健康有着重要影响，在孩子们的成长过程中起着至关重要的作用。为了了解当前小学生的闲暇生活状况，本研究选用问卷调查法对杭州市两所小学300名学生进行调查研究。调查结果显示，目前小学生的闲暇生活存在以下五个方面的问题：上学期间缺乏充足的闲暇时间；闲暇场所过于单一；闲暇内容单调贫乏；闲暇自主性较低；闲暇生活愉悦感较低；对闲暇生活的认知不够准确。针对这五个方面的问题，本文提出了如下建议：把“轻负高质”做到极致；整体规划第二课堂，改善保障环境；开发社区闲暇资源；加快新媒体的建设；适当“放手”，陪伴孩子。

Abstract：Leisure life and leisure education have an important influence on children’s physical and mental health, which play a vital role in children’s growth. In order to know the current situation of the pupils’ leisure life, 300 students of two primary schools in Hangzhou were investigated in this study by using questionnaires. The results showed that the current situation of the pupils’ leisure life still had such problems in five aspects: the lack of leisure time during the school; lacking facilities and activities of leisure; the level of leisure autonomy seems low; the pleasure of leisure life is less; the cognition of leisure life is not accurate enough. To solve these problems, this study also puts forward some feasible suggestions including do the best of lighter burden and higher quality; plan the second class on the whole and improve the security environment; develop leisure resources of community; accelerate the construction of new media; let it go properly and accompany the children.
