摘  要：21世纪初是网络兴起与发展的一个时期，网络已成为人们日常生活中一个的重要组成部分。网络以其内容宏大、使用便捷的信息服务，是当代大学生获取知识、形成人生观、价值观、政治观的重要途径。正确认识大学生网络使用对其政治观所产生的影响，便于社会和高校对大学生进行规范引导，促进大学生网络使用对其政治观的积极影响。

大学生网络使用特征主要为高等教育资源网站建设与大学生实际使用不平衡和网络文明水平有待提高。大学生政治观的特征主要为爱国情绪高涨，具有鲜明的国家意识；普遍了解民主，具有较强的民主意识；主义信仰的流失；时事政策认识全面，但缺乏深入思考等。大学生网络使用对其政治观的影响主要表现在网络使用增强了大学生政治意识且他们乐于接受；通过网络表现出的情感认同与理性思考的矛盾；多数大学生可以独立思考和判断媒体未经证实的信息；网络使用频率会对大学生的政治观产生影响等。

规范大学生的网络使用，需要从大学生自身、高校教育管理者和社会三方面来进行引导，消除网络使用对大学生政治观的不良影响。这不仅有利于大学生自身的健康发展，从宏观层面来讲，更有利于实现全面进入小康社会的社会主义奋斗目标；有利于保持安定团结的政治氛围;有利于实现伟大复兴的中国梦。
