摘  要：随着时代的不断发展，全球化成为了一种势不可挡的趋势。国家只有足够重视未来领导者的培养才能够适应全球化的进程。大学生是国家和民族的未来，在大学生中开展领导力教育是十分迫切重要的任务。目前，我国高校的大学生领导力教育刚刚起步，聚焦国外领导教育实践及领导素质能力构成的实证研究居多，国内学界对高校大学生领导力教育的研究成果十分有限。

本文首先通过阐述领导力的含义分析了我国培养大学生领导力的现状。其次，分析了我国培养大学生领导力的重要性。并根据国内外的研究成果得出培养大学生领导力的意义。然后从我国培养大学生领导力的现状中发现我国在培养大学生领导力这一过程中出现了领导力研究缺乏本土化的理论指导、领导力教育缺乏实践性、领导力的培养方式较为单一、领导力的培养价值观教育欠缺等一系列问题，并针对这些问题提出下列关于提升大学生领导力的策略：加强师资队伍建设，设立专门培养机构；理论知识与实践锻炼相结合；多元化、多样化地培养大学生的领导力，充分发挥学生社团的作用；切实加强社会主义核心价值观教育等。

Problems and Countermeasures in the process of training college students' leadership in China

Abstract：With the continuous development of the times, globalization has become an irresistible trend. Only by paying enough attention to the cultivation of future leaders can the state adapt to the globalization process. College students are the future of the country and the nation. It is a very urgent task to develop leadership education among college students. At present, the leadership education of college students in Colleges and universities in China has just started. The majority of the empirical research focused on the practice of leading education and the quality and ability of leadership in foreign countries, and the research results of the leadership education of college students are very limited in the domestic academia.

First of all, this paper analyzes the meaning of leadership and analyzes the present situation of our university students' leadership. Secondly, it analyzes the importance of China's leadership in training college students. And according to the research results at home and abroad, the significance of training college students' leadership is obtained. And then, from the present situation of cultivating the leadership of college students in China, it is found that in the process of cultivating the leadership of college students, there are a series of problems, such as the lack of localization theory guidance, the lack of practical leadership education, the single leadership training mode and the lack of leadership education. In view of these problems, the following strategies are put forward to enhance the leadership of college students: to strengthen the construction of teachers, to set up specialized training institutions, to combine theoretical knowledge with practice, to cultivate the leadership of college students in a persified and persified way, to give full play to the role of the student community, and to strengthen the education of the socialist core values.
